Shamanic Energy Medicine:

I am a student of the Q’Eros lineage healers from the Andes and the Quechua tradition. This ancestral path is deeply connected to the heart and the practice of being in “Ayni” — a state of harmonious reciprocity with all human beings. It embodies selflessness, unconditional support, and unwavering devotion while also nurturing self-love at every level.

Embracing animism and ritual offerings is a profound way to maintain “Ayni” with the Earth and beyond, expressing gratitude to the body in its entirety—physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and nutritional.

My journey began as illness resurfaced childhood traumas and generational wounds. I explored various energetic modalities, including energy medicine, during this challenging period. I vividly recall being enveloped in a sea of fears until a dear friend gifted me a session. Afterward, I experienced a profound shift—feeling lighter and more grounded. Over the years, I have transformed core emotional pain into a deep reservoir of compassion, understanding, and wisdom.

My path has included initiation into Reiki, studying Balinese masks and dance, exploring Akashic Records, and obtaining a diploma in Shamanic Energy Medicine from The Four Winds (Los Cuatro Caminos) with Marcela Lobos and Alberto Villoldo. This training, rooted in the wisdom of the Q’Eros of the Peruvian Andes, is a profound honour and blessing.
