My Journey: From Survival to Transformation
In 2001, my world shifted dramatically when I was diagnosed with cancer. The news was a shock, but it also became a profound awakening. For the first time, I wasn’t chasing the future—I was fully present in the here and now. This life-altering moment marked the beginning of my transformational journey, where I embraced holistic healing alongside traditional medicine to rediscover and recreate myself.
Looking back now, I am filled with gratitude for the lessons hidden within those challenging times. Through the love of my family, the unwavering support of friends, and a deep inner drive to stay, I uncovered parts of myself I didn’t know existed. That experience taught me to cherish life, to live authentically, and to embrace each moment fully. Now, I feel a deep calling to share this wisdom and support others in their own journeys of transformation.

A Bit About Me
I’ve always been drawn to the mysteries of life. In 1992, a profound spiritual awakening opened a door that would lead me into a lifelong exploration of yoga, meditation, and the healing power of nature—long before these practices became mainstream.
In 1993, I moved to the United States, where I discovered a love for the performing arts. Dance and movement became my sanctuary, a way to express, evolve, and connect with my deeper self. This passion for the body’s intelligence led me to study ancient traditions and practices honouring the mind-body connection.
Today, I live in a serene and nurturing environment that inspires my work and keeps me grounded. The land and its people have captured my heart, providing a sacred space for me to focus on supporting others while staying connected to the world around me.
